Clients Testimonials

Sirree, uses expertise in personal training and fitness to develop a personalized plan. He helped me with my rehabilitation program in recovering from sciatica and planter fasciitis. He helped me set and achieve goals for improved strength and balance. He's a great listener and will help you work through injuries and personal setbacks you may experiencing. He considers nutrition and takes a holistic approach. As a result of my training, I'm feeling more energy and confidence to bring my fitness goals to the next level.

Dr. Rebecca Weiss - Coleman

I originally came in because another trainer wanted me to get the InBody Scan. When. Sirree explained his program/approach I decided to give it a shot. I started to feel results after 1st session. I’m three months in and, at almost 49 years old I’m fitting in clothes sizes I haven’t worn since college. Sirree uses heart rate training along with strength training and adjusts our workout on the fly to keep me in my optimum mode for the entire hour. Highly recommend and wish I’d found Sirree 10+ years ago. Bonus: I get a stretch at the end of every training and that’s helped speed post workout recovery.

For my 70th birthday, I decided to give myself the gift of better health. Having dealt with knee problems and ongoing struggles with strength and mobility, I was hopeful but unsure of what to expect. Working with Siree has truly been life changing. From the very first session, he listened to my concerns and designed a program that was both safe and perfectly tailored to my abilities. The exercises were challenging yet manageable, and I noticed steady improvements week by week. Now, I can move more freely, perform daily activities with ease, and no longer need knee injections—a milestone I never thought possible. I feel stronger, more confident, and more empowered than I have in years.  Siree has been an incredible guide and motivator, helping me regain not just my physical strength but also my confidence in living an active life. I am deeply grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Siree to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated trainer.

Training began very slowly, as Laura was worried about making her pain worse. Her trainer was patient and encouraging, and they started with body weight as the main resistance, including physical therapy exercises to strengthen the hips. It became clear that her left hip was significantly weaker than her right, and she was compensating in ways that were increasing her pain. In addition, her job as a clinical psychologist required her to sit for many hours in the same position, resulting in “pattern overload,” or the soft tissue strain that occurs from repetitive or limited motion. This happens for people engaged in similar repetitive motions, but is also quite common for those who sit all day for work.

Her trainer also completed an InBody scan, which showed lower than normal muscle mass. The loss of muscle mass is quite common in women during the menopause transition. All of these factors were contributing to her pain and to ineffective ways of managing it. Her physical therapy was helpful but focused on one problematic area. She needed a whole-body approach to rebalance muscles that had been out of balance for years and to develop confidence that she could change these patterns and start to heal.

Over the course of twelve weeks, Laura began incorporating weights into her resistance training program. She learned how to manage her symptoms during flares and started working on balance exercises, as well as following a home program of stretching and using a foam roller to release trigger points in tight muscles. She also realized that her ideas about strength training were not accurate. Like many women, she had been taught that maintaining weight and health depended on cardio training rather than weights. In fact, the weight room had brought up images of very muscular women deadlifting and training for competitions.

She learned that weight training supports bone health as women age and that developing strength is not the same as developing bulk. By working the entire body, she noticed her pain symptoms were lessening, and she was developing a sense of confidence as her body grew stronger and her muscles became more defined. Perhaps most importantly, she began to trust her body instead of feeling only connected to its pain.

Laura also started improving her nutrition, adding more protein and plant-based foods to her daily diet. She found that she was sleeping better and experiencing fewer emotional swings than when she first arrived. Her muscles began to come back into balance, and her commitment to continue training on her own felt less like a chore and more like a choice.

Her trainer listened to her concerns and developed a personalized plan that addressed what the medical system could not. Taking a whole-body approach—incorporating muscle balance, strength training, and nutritional changes—proved to be the answer to her pain and distress, creating a path forward that had previously felt impossible.
