I originally came in because another trainer wanted me to get the InBody Scan. When. Sirree explained his program/approach I decided to give it a shot. I started to feel results after 1st session. I’m three months in and, at almost 49 years old I’m fitting in clothes sizes I haven’t worn since college. Sirree uses heart rate training along with strength training and adjusts our workout on the fly to keep me in my optimum mode for the entire hour. Highly recommend and wish I’d found Sirree 10+ years ago. Bonus: I get a stretch at the end of every training and that’s helped speed post workout recovery.
